The SWS

Introduction

The Sexy Wrestling Show (The SWS) is an illustrated female wrestling show created by HoangJo. The show's content revolves around kinky, erotic and even fetish-like aspects of wrestling, most of them displayed as finishing moves. The SWS also has backstage stories and other out-of-the-ring content, which serves as context for a more immersive, in-depth, fictional show experience.

Some of the most popular concepts within The SWS include: the stinkface, domination, humiliation, facesitting, leotards, smother moves/holds, rivalries, wedgies, and more.

Creation

The first official episode of The SWS was published on 21 April 2022, starring some of the most popular and beloved characters of the show to date. This episode came out as a gameplay video of FPWW (Fire Pro Wrestling World), displaying the in-game version of the SWS characters, combined with the first illustrations portraying the finishing moves.

I had no luck with any of my other projects. Worldbuilding, card game, web comics, writing a book, being a youtuber... so I gave up drawing and pretty much everything else. One night, I went back to my old secondary DeviantArt account and saw a couple of sexy drawings I made, then I though "I'll make another one, for fun's sake". The drawing I made got more watchers in a day than my main DeviantArt account in years (not much). I thought it'd be ok to give it another try, but with new characters of my own, and, well... here we are.

The show was originally meant to show different countries represented as female wrestlers, each with relationships and rivalries based off the real-world politics. However, this idea was considered somewhat cliche and it gave little room for character development. Instead, each wrestler would have a backstory of their own, and their attires would match only the colors of their country's flag. Later on, it was noted that bringing politics to the SWS could be hurtful for the current concept and community.
