SWS Complex

An old property owned by Capella, originally bought by her father and one of his associates. Initially it included an unfinished hotel structure and an empty lot next to it. After saving some money, Capella used it to finish part of the old hotel structure (only part of the first story) and would turn it into a gym specialized in coaching luchadores.

Capella and his husband, Kevin, would later invest on a new project. The added one more story of the hotel structure to use it for rooms, turning the first story into a lobby, a couple of service and amenities rooms, and adding the previously built gym. The SWS Arena was built on the empty lot along with a number of parking slots.

By the time The SWS took off, Capella was able to rent a room to almost all wrestlers within the SWS Complex. Later, a new story would be added to the building and a small in-door swimming pool was added to the first story
