Capella and his husband, Kevin, would later invest on a new project. The added one more story of the hotel structure to use it for rooms, turning the first story into a lobby, a couple of service and amenities rooms, and adding the previously built gym. The SWS Arena was built on the empty lot along with a number of parking slots.
